Crew members are responsible for the introduction of participants
and the development, composition and follow-up of Trao programs.
Coaches are staff members of ‘vzw Onze Kinderen’ and have considerable experience in coaching
and supervising complex (family) relationships (positions, processes, etc.).
They focus entirely on coaching conversations.
